  • Should I pay import tax or sales tax?

We suggest checking with your country's customs department or relevant authorities to determine the specific rules and regulations regarding import taxes. Generally, for large orders, you may need to pay import tax, whereas for small orders, you may not need to. However, it's always best to confirm with the authorities in your country. Here are some examples of duty-free allowances and fixed duties for a few countries:

USA, orders up to USD $800 are duty-free

Canada, orders up to CAD $20 are duty-free,  but there are many clients who were not asked to pay the tax, so it is not very clear.

EU, VAT may be applied upon receiving the package

UK, orders up to £15 are duty-free, orders between £15 and £870 have a fixed duty of £12, and orders above £870 have a fixed duty of £25 - I found this information on a random website, so I cannot guarantee this information.

Australia, orders up to AUD $1000 are duty-free.

  • Why are some of your product cheap?

We understand the importance of offering competitive pricing to our customers, especially as a newly opened site in 2022. Fortunately, many of our fabrics were produced before the current inflation rates took effect. As a result, we were able to avoid the high inflation costs and maintain the pre-inflation prices for our customers.

We are committed to keeping our prices affordable and providing value to our customers. We hope that this effort will help make our high-quality linen fabrics more accessible to those who appreciate the beauty and durability of linen. 

  • Why are some of your product expensive?
We are experiencing the negative impact of the current high inflation rates on our business. As a linen fabric producer, we rely heavily on the availability and affordability of quality yarn. Unfortunately, yarn prices have been increasing significantly in recent times, making it more challenging for us to maintain our competitive prices.
Moreover, the rising costs of energy, rent, salaries, and other expenses have added to our financial burden. This situation has been particularly challenging for us since the prices of fabrics recently produced have become more expensive.
We are doing our best to minimize the impact of these inflationary pressures on our customers, while still providing high-quality linen fabrics. We hope that the situation will improve soon, and we can continue to offer our products at fair prices to our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

  • I want to place a bulk order. Can you offer better price?

If you're planning to order more than 100 yards or USD 1500 worth of items, I may be able to offer you a better price. To provide you with a more accurate quote, I would need additional information such as the item name, order quantity, shipping method (by ocean or by air), and shipping destination 

  • What is the ordering unit?

The units are "yard".

  • If I order more than 1 yard, will you ship it in one piece?

In most cases, yes.  If we cannot send it in one piece, we will let you know and ask your permission.
